We service Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, eastern suburbs, inner south, and Bayside. If you're unsure, just ask — we'll let you know right away and won't waste your time.
For standard residential cleans, we can usually get you booked within 2–5 business days. For urgent jobs or commercial contracts, call us directly and we'll do our best to fast-track.
No lock-in contracts for residential clients. For commercial cleaning, we do set up a service agreement — but it's straightforward, transparent, and designed to protect both parties.
Our team & safety
Yes. Every single member of our team undergoes a National Police Check before their first day. We take the trust you place in us extremely seriously.
We carry full public liability insurance. In the extremely unlikely event that something is damaged, we're covered and you're looked after.
We aim to send the same team to regular clients wherever possible. Consistency means our cleaners learn your preferences and your space — which leads to better results every visit.
Not at all. Many clients give us a spare key or use a lockbox. We'll let you know when we arrive and when we're done. Your privacy and security are always respected.
Products & equipment
Yes — we arrive fully equipped with everything needed for your clean. If you have a preference for specific products (e.g. fragrance-free, eco-friendly, or a brand you love), just let us know in advance.
We can! We offer eco-friendly cleaning options on request. These are plant-based, biodegradable products that are safe for children, pets, and the environment — without compromising on results.
Our standard products are safe once dry. If you have specific sensitivities or a pet with known allergies, let us know and we'll choose products accordingly.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is based on the size of your space, the type of clean required, and the frequency. We don't do vague hourly rates — we give you a fixed price upfront and stick to it.
We accept bank transfer and most major credit/debit cards. Invoices are sent after each clean for residential, or monthly for commercial clients with a contract.
Yes — clients who book weekly or fortnightly cleans receive reduced rates. Long-term commercial contracts also include preferential pricing. Ask us when you request a quote.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to fix it at no extra cost. No arguments, no hassle.
Every cleaner follows a detailed checklist tailored to your property type. For commercial clients, we also do periodic site inspections and encourage ongoing feedback.
